Dania Ghantous is Vice President of Technology and Co-Founder of Qnovo, with over 25 years of experience in materials science, batteries, and computational algorithms. She specializes in turning advanced battery technologies into commercially viable solutions and leads Qnovo’s core battery science and management algorithm development.

Previously, she held leadership roles at Imara Inc., Greatbatch, and NanoGram Devices. An inventor on more than 50 battery patents, she has been recognized among Silicon Valley’s Top 100 Women of Influence and received the Women’s World Award for Excellence in Engineering and Technology.
